Any way to watch Apple TV+ on 2016 LG OLED TV?

I have Apple TV+ but no way *that I know of* to watch on my wonderful 2016 LG OLED TV. Why isn't there an AppleTV app available on this TV? I also can't find a way to cast Apple TV+ with my Chromecast device. (I don't have an Apple TV box.) Frustrating!! Help!

Casting is a Google only function. Apple devices do to support casting. Some apps like Youtube may support Casting. Apple devices support Airplay. The receiving TV must also support Airplay 2 however. 2016 TVs do not support it. Apple is working to support more TVs with their Apple TV App but it is a work in progress.

Outside of the Apple TV box, you can use Roku or Fire Tv device to access the TV App on them.

Or use an HDMI cable and adapter to physically connect your device to the TV.
