How do I download a App Store if it disappeared?

App Store cannot be deleted.

Check your Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes and App Store Purchases > select "Allow" here

Note: Content & Privacy Restrictions must be enabled to make changes

If your iPad is managed by your parents then you need to ask them.
