If the transfer has failed, you'll want to start over from the beginning.
Move from Android to iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Before setting up the transfer, make sure that the amount of data you're trying to transfer will fit on the new device. If you're not sure of your iPhone storage capacity, you can find it on the back of the box it came in.
On the Android device, it is also recommended to turn off the cellular connection so it is just connected to Wi-Fi. Even if the cellular service is no longer active on that device, turning off cellular can often correct transfer errors.
