I just bought Apple TV 4k and using my Apple ID which i use for iphone to sign in. Every time I download and install arcade game at apple tv its also synchronised save and install into my iPhone. How to stop it? I don’t want apple tv game or any apps using my iPhone storage.

If we understand your post correctly, you don't want Game Center to sync to your iPhone. We’d like to help.
On your iPhone tap Settings > Game Center > scroll to the bottom and tap Sign Out.
