Why am I dbouble charged for Family Sharing and few days later for my iCloud 2TB storage when the family sharing contains 2TB?

iCloud storage I originally was paying .99 a month for upgraded storage. I recently upgraded-possibly through my husbands phone-to the family iCloud storage for $2.99 a month. Not sure why I was just charged .99 again and they’re asking me if I want the family sharing plan. Please help...I don’t want to double pay. We got the confirmation that we upgraded-not sure why we’re getting double billed.
