Mac keyboard typing wrong letters/numbers

I spilled the tiniest bit of water on the left side of my computer. I wiped it up and it seemed to be working fine. Several minutes later, I open a word doc to do some homework and the keyboard doesn’t work. I type something and all I see is 1 and then I click the delete button and it types 5. Another button turned the brightness off. I try other keys but it types something else. I only got water on maybe 2 or 3 keys but the whole keyboard is messed up. It was a little amount too. I restarted it to see if that would do anything but now I can’t log back in to my computer. Im in college and because of the pandemic my classes are online and I cant afford another computer.

What do I do?
