Transfer apps I have on my iPhone 8 to my Mac?
Can someone please direct where I can find information on how to transfer my iPhone 8 app purchases to my Mac?

There isn't a way. The Transfer Purchases function was disabled for applications in iOS 9, and also from iTunes in version 12.7.; it's not available on any system running Catalina or newer.
