Why can’t my IPad Air2 be updated with IOS 13 or higher? Is Apple building obsolescence to devices. It works perfect and I have no need for a new one. Keep getting apps saying they will not work even for simple things like paying a card. Guess I will go back to notebook that does not have this issue.
