Problem Sending Mail with outlook IOS 14.4

Yesterday my Outlook for iOS 14.4 stopped sending messages from my Microsoft exchange account

New messages just stuck in Outbox.

Message receiving works ok

Sending messages through Apple Mail works ok too.

Tried reconfiguring mail , reinstalling the app , resetting the app , nothing worked .

Check your Outbox and try to send the email again with these steps:

In Mail, tap Mailboxes in the upper-left corner.
Tap Outbox. If you don't see an Outbox, then your email was sent.
Tap an email in the Outbox. Make sure that the recipient's email address is correct.
Tap Send.
