iPhone 12 mini with apple clear MagSafe case, not detecting MagSafe wallet. Isn’t it supposed to detect the wallet, even with the case on? Phone detects it without the case. Any suggestions on how my phone can detect this with the case on?

When you say that your iPhone does not detect the wallet, what do you mean exactly? Are you referring to the animation that occurs? If so, does this happen when your iPhone is locked or unlocked? Test both to see if there are different results when your iPhone is locked and unlocked.
Try restarting your iPhone and see if the same issue occurs. Check out Restart your iPhone.

I get the animation when I put the case on, but not when I stick the wallet on the case. I’ve tried restarting with no such luck. The only time the phone shows the animation for the wallet, is when the MagSafe clear case is off.
