Hola al final he conseguido descargar e instalar Whatsapp Plus en mi iPhone siguiendo la guía de https://actualizar.net/whatsapp-plus/#WHATSAPP_PLUS_PARA_IPHONE mi pregunta es hay diferencias con el de Android o es similar?

WhatsApp plus is not officially available for iOS devices.
All official apps MUST be downloaded/installed from App Store only.
