Call received barrier

Multiple times unknown number cannot be reached to my iphone 11 phone. After activate the digital sim in my phone, this type of problem occurred till date. Kindly guide me to overcome the problem

A COMPLAINT Hy. I bought a new iphone 12 pro Max from Jeddha before 3 months ago. This time can't receive incoming calls in some times. It's shows range. But some one calling it's some time my phone was switched off. So my is assumption is my sim problem. So I bought a new sim card and put it the phone the phone,same problem happen again. My old sim card put it on another phone,it have no problem. Lastly given the apple care in jeddha . He told me your phone was good.. Working perfect like that.. But it still have the same issue.. Anyone can help me resolve my issue. Thank you
