Could not install missing modules

Hi,

I am trying to install a perl based circos software (Biological program) in my MBP. But some modules are missing in the package. So, I tried to install using the command "perl -MCPAN -e shell" then I entered install "missing module name" but its failed. Could you please help me how to install these missing modules.
