Has anyone else had this issue ' my punctuation won{t work. As you can see ' unable to type a question mark, apostrophe or hyphen. Have tried turning off smart punctuation, disconnecting from iPad.

Go to settings > general > keyboard > hardware keyboard and tap over at the right edge and make sure you have US checked (if that is your country) and NOT "automatic" or some other language.
