Hotspot is not working

Personal hotspot is disabled in the IPhone SE 2020 . After the update of 14.4 also i am not getting the hotspot option. Any help or information regarding the same will be appreciated.

The trouble shooting steps were given earlier and you also need to turn off any Screen Time restrictions .

Not all mobile plans allow hotspot, mainly pay as you go or budget plans.
