I am trying to free up space by removing photos/email from my watch but it wont allow me to 'remove app' can someone please help as I need to do a software update but not able to.

If you can't make enough room you would need to unpair your watch from your iPhone then pair it back to it.
You can remove some mail boxes from your watch
on your watch tap the mail icon
Tap the upper left when you see the account with the < arrow
on the bottom tap edit
uncheck everything there
Unpair your Apple Watch via the Watch app on your iPhone.
Then Re-pair your Apple Watch,this frees up a surprisingly large amount of storage space.And without any loss of data.

My mail takes up 418 MB so there has to be a way to remove or only sync certain mail folders? I dont ever read mail on my watch so need a way to remove. any ideas?
