late 2012 mini mac
My late 2012 mini mac and my late 2012 macbook pro wouldn't install os high sierra from existing os Yosemite. I need newer version of Sketchup. What can I upgrade to for my OS?

Both computer can support up to macOS 10.15 "Catalna." However, once an OS version is supplanted by a new one, a regular search of the Mac App Store of Software updates will not show it. The links to older version are moved to this Apple support document:

As macOS 10.15 Catalina will not run older versions of many software packages, I recommend upgrading no higher than 10.14 Mojave until you can figure out which other programs can be upgraded and which ones have to be replaced to run Catalina.
