it seems impossible to completely delete and app and it’s data on devices with iOS 14.4. I’ve deleted the app from the home screen but it’s still in the library and still takes up space on my iPhone storage. Since 14.4 there does not appear to be an option to completely delete an app.

If an app is on your home screen, force press on it and tap "Remove app", then tap "Delete App".
Delete app isn’t provided as an option to select.
it no longer works that way.
Has anybody figured this out yet?
All right, setting it to Not allow was due to possible removal of Telegram from the AppStore. Turned it to Allow, deleted the app and the turned it back to Don’t allow. Thanks, it worked.
