Why can’t we just attach a note or a scanned doc when writing an email?

Why can’t we just attach a note or a scanned doc from notes app when writing an email?

Tried to attach a doc but notes are not available in files app (thank you apple), tried to copy the doc it self from notes app and I not able to paste it to the email (thank you apple again), had to share the doc via email from notes app, copy the attached doc from there (it’s hard to make copy option appear, thanks apple again) and then paste it in the email I wrote.

Normally things are easier on iOS but here Android wins by years...

thank you.

Just found now you need to save the scanned doc to files and then you attach it to an email.
