iPhone is not turning on

Last I used my iPhone 12 pro it was working perfectly but then later after half an hour my iPhone 12 pro is not turning on neither any vibration though iPhone was 80% charged

This phone should still be covered under apple warranty, so you should contact apple to start that process. The only thing apple cannot help with in this case would be with iphone data recovery. You most likely have everything saved to the cloud though. Do you have access to all your data? If so, just contact apple for a warranty replacement.
