With a iPhone 6s running IOS 14.1. I have a problem with apps not loading. Any suggestions?

I phone 6s running IOS 14.1 will not load some apps or Safari. Any fixes?

Apps won’t load is there a fix for apps not loading on my IPhone 14. Nothing I’ve done has helped. Turning phone on/off, deleting and reinstalling apps, It happens at home and away.
