I got charged for an international call when I made a FaceTime video call.

I was on a 2 hr long facetime video call and when I checked my bill I got charged for 2 hr long international call. How is it possible when I could actually see the person?

iPhone XS Max, iOS 14

Hey hrd9703,

We understand that you believe you were charged for an international call, but were using FaceTime video. We'd be happy to point you in the best direction for support.

If you have any questions regarding charges received by your wireless carrier, you'll need to reach out to them directly for support, as this is a user forum and nobody here will have the ability to provide any kind of billing support for your carrier.

They'll be best equipped to assist you with determining what the charge was for and the reason for it.
