2020 MacBook Pro disconnecting from USB devices frequently

Hi,

I just got a 2020 MacBook Pro and it disconnects from my USB devices frequently. It does this connected to my Apple LED Cinema Display with an external HDD and USB drive pugged into the back USB type B ports. Issue also happens with my USB hub. It have also noticed the issue when plugged directly into the USB ports on the laptop.

I've seen many posts about this issue, so I was wondering if any solution has been found.
