can i get itunes on my chromebook?

itunes on my chromebook? my ipad is disabled and i cant get into it. im just wondering if i can download itunes onto my chromebook to restore my ipad.

Sorry, no you cannot. ITunes doesn’t run on that operating system

maybe a friend has a computer you can borrow?
