AirPods not connecting
Hi, my AirPods keep flashing red and green and will not connect to my phone at all. Is there anything that I can do to fix this?

First, check to make sure your phone is up-to-date. Then try plugging your AirPods case (with the AirPods in it) into its lightning cable to charge it. Give it about 15 minutes. When you come back, hold the setup button until the LED light flashes white. Once it’s white lift the lid and hold the charge with the AirPods still inside close to your phone.
