Upgrading iCloud storage in Europe

Hi!

So, I tried to upgrade my iCloud storage, I entered my Apple ID, my payment card info etc. It doesn't allow me to do that and shows, that I have to correct the error shown below, which is the following --European legislation requires banks to authenticate certain transactions--.

Have any of you been in such a situation and what should I do? Contact my bank or maybe try another way of storing my files?

iPhone 5s, iOS 12

Your Apple ID and payment info have to be registered in the same country.

But, you can try to use iTunes gift cards to pay for iCloud storage, if those cards were bought in the country, your Apple ID is registered to.
