I'd love to know if it is possible to share an iPhone with another person, keeping different profiles completely separate.
The matter is that now everything is on smartphone and also my granny needs to be connected. Obviously, being 96yo, she's not able to do anything and she needs to be guided.
So in my old huawei I can have her profile on my smartphone, and now that I want to take an iPhone I don't know if I can do the same.

It sounds like you're asking if you can use two different user profiles on one iPhone. We're happy to provide some guidance. As it stands, you can only sign in with one Apple ID at a time on an iPhone, therefore, multiple users on one device isn't a supported feature.
