Current and future versions of iTunes no longer support Windows 7 and 8.

The last working build can be download from these links:

iTunes 12.10.10.2 for Windows (32-bit) - iTunesSetup.exe (2020-10-19)
iTunes 12.10.10.2 for Windows (64-bit) - iTunes64Setup.exe (2020-10-19)
