I am so frustrated with these watch updates. I literally have nothing on my watch, no apps, no music, texts anything. And I still can’t get the updates to work. What is the point of having the watch if in order to do an update it has to be essentially empty??? What a pain.

Unpair your watch from your iPhone then pair it back to it.
It will clear out a lot of temp files.
And to add, I’ve followed all the tips in the suggestions and it still won’t work.
Thank you, that did work. It still took about four hours though all told to un pair it, re-pair, and then upload the update. I appreciate the help, I just think there has to be an easier way.
