Do I need to update my IPAD Air
I have an IPAD Air with the IOS12.5 installed. Do I need to upgrade to the IOS 14.4? Doing a Manual Update, it says that I am up to date.

If it says it's up to date, it means that your model (most likely an iPad Air 1st generation) doesn't support iOS versions beyond the one that's currently running on it, because of hardware incompatibility. So it's not involved in any operating system update.
