Series 5 Apple Watch IOS Ver 7.2 Functional Strength Training
Doe the Functional Strength Training report on calories burned during a workout?
Series 5 IOS 7.2
If not is there an outside app that does so and still monitors the FST activity like time heart rate, reps, etc.
I’m doing various balance, core, chair jog & squats exercises along with biceps & triceps strength enhancement with bands, as well.
Any help?
