Itunes backup problem

Hello, I have a problem restoring an iPhone backup from itunes. The problem is: itunes Failed to restore the iPhone because an error occurred while reading from or writing to the iPhone. Please help.

iPhone 11, iOS 14

Try If you can't back up your iOS or iPadOS device to a computer or restore it from a backup - Apple Support.
