You don't because you cannot. iPhone 6 released nearly 7 years ago is now too old, too under powered, no longer supported and does not have the hardware required to run the newest gen iOS versions.

iOS 12.5.1 brought you security updates. The phone is too old and it cannot be upgraded further, you are stuck on iOS 12.5.1. Sorry.
iPhone 6 has IOS 12.5.1 installed and does not offer update for IOS 14.4 for security problem fixes
