I don't know where they're located. I assumed they're temp/junk files because they are labeled as other on the storage info screen.
Oddly, you have assumed wrongly.
Other is just stuff that Spotlight couldn't identify, rightly or wrongly.
Use a tool that can actually help you find what is using up your storage.
GrandPerspective has a graphical display.
OmniDiskSweeper has a numeric/hierarchical display.
Use the one that works best for you and don't delete system files willy-nilly.

By "Temp files", do you mean junk files?
One way I know of is by using a cleaner application. There are many listed on App Store but I am using Cleaner One.
temp files should be auto deleted when the app that created them is done using them.
Where are the temp files you want to remove?
Thank you. I will look for the app.
