Purchasing Tokens

I have tried to purchase some tokens in order to play bridge but am told that the purchase cannot go through and to contact appl.com - can anyone tell me what to do to purchase the tokens

Renew Apps and Books Server Token I have purchased Apps that have been uploaded to our MDM Server and everything was working ok but I have now noticed it says the sToken has expired. I am trying to renew the token in Apple Business Manager and everything I read say to just download the token but when I try to upload into MDM is say the Token has expired. How do I get a renewed token in Apple Business Manager so I can upload to our MDM?
