Constantly having to restart Apple Watch

I have went through all the steps to get my watch to update and it still go through the same process every time is the 3 series in capable of updates anymore?

Apple Watch Series 3, watchOS 7

It should be capable of updates. What happens when you try? Where does it get stuck? Without knowing anything else, perhaps one of these articles will help:

Unpair your Apple Watch via the Watch app on your iPhone.

Then Re-pair your Apple Watch,this frees up a surprisingly large amount of storage space.And without any loss of your data.

It says I don’t have enough space to update but It set up like it is new so all basic I have went though all the steps to fix the problem I have unpaired it I have restated it over and over nothing works not sure what to do I can’t make anymore storage all it has is what it come with
