Unable to pair Apple Watch

Hello! a few years ago we bought an apple watch in America. They have now stopped pairing with the phone and are not updating. we live in ukraine. what can you do about it? thanks for your reply.

Can’t pair my Apple Watch Hello. I’m having a problem with my Apple Watch. I’ve had it paired to my iPhone 7 for some months, then I un-paired it and tried to sell it.
