I need some assistances with unlocking a note on my iPhone... I forgot the password i used to lock the note. I did the reset password but can’t use my new password to unlock the note

If note asks for password, not Face/Touch ID, unless you know the password you have used to lock it, you won’t get an access to it; there is no workaround.
