This happens to me too. Try this:

Settings>Content & Privacy Restrictions> Content Restrictions>Web Content>Here You will see 3 options.

Choose "Unrestricted Access"

That should override that "denied access" message you're getting.

The other two web content options are:

• Limit Adult Websites

• Allow only These Websites

You may find that a site you have been denied access to is defined under "Limit Adult Websites". So check there too. You can delete any sites listed there by swiping left.

PS. Any website can be defined under "Limit Adult Websites" it's not just for porn-type websites.

Good Luck.

Good luck.

Lawrence, thanks for your reply. Yes, I am using VPN. But I finally solved my problem. I powered off the phone and waited longer. When I powered it back up it was fine.

That’s probably because when you restarted your VPN connected to a different exit node that was not in a restricted country. But why do you use VPN? It does not protect your identity; your VPN provider knows who you are, and sells that information, along with what sites you visit. The only legitimate use for VPN is to connect to a private network such as a company or school network. Using it for general Internet access provides no protection, and actually reduces your level of personal security and privacy. Here’s more information on this subject➡️Don't use VPN services. · GitHub

If you really want private browsing you should be using the TOR browser, not VPN.
