Application I download just bounces in the dock and won't open

I have application and it just bounces in the dock and won't open.

I have a Mac version. Big Slur

What to Do:

I. What is the Application?:

Perhaps it needs to be uninstalled, then reinstalled. Contact the developer for more on the proper way to uninstall it.

II. To Close it:

A. First - Get to Finder:

[Hold Down: command + Press: tab] until you get to Finder (the smileyface).

B. From Finder, Force Quit the Application:

Go to: Apple menu
Select: Force Quit...
Select: the application (an all other application ending in "(Not Responding)"
Click: Force Quit button
Click: Force Quit button
