How do I close all the app that is opened

Below is how to force close apps-

1. On an iPhone X or later, or an iPad with iOS 12 or later, or iPadOS, from the Home Screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause slightly in the middle of the screen. ... 
2. Swipe right or left to find the app that you want to close.
3. Swipe up on the app's preview to close the app.

Nope; I'm on the latest iOS for my iPhone. Closing an app is a one at a time job. My guess: it was designed to have all those apps open all the time. I close mine about once a week or so, but I only have maybe 5 - 10 at that point.

Since I only use it for phone calls and the Maps app if I need directions and all sorts of other apps open by themselves because something in my pocket hits the icon accidentally, I just close unwanted and irrelevant apps. I severely dislike that phone.

If you are referring to the apps shown in your recently used list they are not open and there is no reason to remove them all.

So if they have 114 recently used apps all they have to do it repeat this 114 times.

It really isn't necessary to close them at all and can actually be detrimental to the performance of the iPhone.
