Apple Cash is pending

I set up Apple Cash for a child but it’s still pending. I meant to select ‘everyone’ instead of ‘family only’ in the section that asked about who you can send money to. How can I fix/correct it?

For the pending issue sign out of all Apple IDs of everyone involved. for the other issue go to these links - Set up and use Apple Cash Family. (Additional support links View and limit your child or teen's Apple Cash activity, Leave Apple Cash Family, Apple Cash and person to person payments limits)
