How do I delete an app that’s on my apps but not on home screen
I have an app I just deleted it off the Home Screen not from the app! How do I delete it

If the app is only in the App Library screen and not on a home screen, swipe left until you get to the App Library screen and then tap and hold the app there and then tap Delete app.
If that option is not available, there may be a restriction set on deleting apps. See: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201304#prevent-purchases
