I want to give my old iPad to another person. After I cleaned out the data, I want to create a new Apple ID for the person but mine keeps coming up and it won’t accept the new Apple ID. Help!!

I WANT TO GIVE MY OLD IPAD TO ANOTHER PERSON and need to know how to set up a new Apple ID for that person.
