no original sale receipt

1.hi how do I request apple care service if I don’t have original sale receipt? If I purchased a used iPhone with apple care, can I still use apple care service? Thank you

The original owner would need to follow the steps to transfer the AppleCare to your name. I’ve done it twice for iPhones I have sold when upgrading. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202712
