After I update to iOS 14.4, still can’t use ECG

1. Ensure that you the Apple Watch series 4, 5 or 6.
2. Ensure that you live in a ➔ region where ECG is available.
3. Ensure that your Apple Watch and iPhone are updated to the latest iOS and watchOS versions.
