Unable to Add Card error.

All of a sudden I can’t make in app purchases. It keeps telling me to update my payment information and says my previously verified card now needs verifying again.

I have tried several times over the last week and nothing has fixed it. I’ve checked with the bank. It’s not them. How do so stop getting this messages so I can purchase one lousy iTunes song?
