Haptic Feedback

Is there anyone like me who can only feel haptic feedback on one side of the watch?

Thanks for clarifying SimonSL02,

You can expect to feel haptic feedback on your wrist, below the body of your Apple Watch. Haptic feedback is generated by a single Taptic Engine in Apple Watch. If the feedback isn't as noticeable as you expect, you can change the feedback to Prominent to make it more noticeable. The following page explains how: Change the audio and notification settings on your Apple Watch

We hope this helps!

Thanks for getting back to us SimonSL02,

As mentioned previously, there's a single source that generates the feedback you feel for haptics. If you suspect your Apple Watch isn't working as expected, the best next step will be to visit a local Apple Store or Apple Service Provider, where it can be reviewed in person. That said, if you're feeling feedback, it may be working as expected.

You can find locations closest to you using the Apple Support app available for iOS device, or by visiting the following page: Find Locations

You can also leave feedback about your Apple Watch here: Feedback - Apple Watch

Take care!

Hi SimonSL02,

It sounds like you have some questions about your Apple Watch, and we'd like to help.

To assist the support communities in offering the most relevant information for you, we'd like to learn a bit more about what you're encountering.

Does the haptic feedback from your Apple Watch feel different than it has in the past?

Are you not feeling haptic feedback you're expecting?

Can you describe a bit more about what you're expecting, relative to what you're experiencing?

Additional information about haptic options for your Apple Watch is available here: Change the audio and notification settings on your Apple Watch

Thanks!
