Apple retake exam

If an exam taker is not successful on their first attempt taking the ACSP certification exam, what are the retake options? Is there a fee? What happens if they don't pass a second time?

I have accessed every link imaginable to source this information for my client. I am “chatting” with Pearson now to try and get answers. I have also left messages for the voucher team and sent emails to Apple. A bit frustrating...
