Wrong purchase on recent order

I just purchased an iPhone 12 and perhaps I filled out the wrong type but what I received wasn’t what I wanted. Am I able to return the item and get what I wanted instead

I requested a wrong engraving for my iPad, can I change it? Dear all, I ordered an iPad from apple store and added engraving. Something went wrong and instead of "Wladyslaw Sokolowski" at the second line I requested "Wladyslaw Sokolow". iPad is shipped to the store and will be there on September 26. Is this something that can be fixed at the store or somewhere else? Please help. Best
